Start a workspace

Launch the narrow v1: one workspace, objective checks only, and enough safety rails to earn trust early.

Set DATABASE_URL in .env to enable sign-in and workspace creation. You can copy .env.example and then run `npm run prisma:push` against your Postgres database.
